Joshio Chong has been cooking and working in restaurants for six years, the entirety of which have been in New York, where he was also born. As the Sous Chef at Pearl Street Supper Club, Joshio brings a cheerful and dedicated demeanor to the restaurant. In addition, Joshio brings a dynamic background of cooking styles that will contribute to the well-crafted menu.
