Chef de Cuisine
Chris Cote has been cooking, creating, and leading in New York City kitchens since 2014. Having spent time at Colonie and Rebelle, Chris had the opportunity to complete a stage at Noma in Copenhagen. Upon returning to Brooklyn, Chris immediately joined the team at newly two-Michelin starred Aska in Brooklyn. Five years passed, and he succeeded as Chef de Cuisine. Chris is excited to combine his experiences as the Chef de Cuisine at Pearl Street Supper Club.
