At Pearl Street Supper Club, we serve modern New England cuisine. The cooking takes inspiration from the lakes, forests, beaches, and backyard gardens that served as a playground for Chef Chris Cote’s youth. This leads us to see the jewel within each ingredient, not just our namesake mollusk. Produce will change with each season. As the year sprouts from shoot to harvest, there is always cause to gather in this space and celebrate.
Pearl Street Supper Club is a chef’s counter. Guests are seated along the kitchen, inches from those preparing the dinner. We serve an ever-evolving menu of 9 courses. The cuisine will always highlight as many regional products as are available.
We are now serving wine and beer curated by advanced sommelier Luke Boland. He has selected a pairing of 6 wines taking you on a global tour of favorite wine regions with a blend of classic producers and up-and-coming greats.
